AIML Voice is a product of Whisper AiML Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how AIML Voice collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the website, phone number, calling, messaging, voicemail, call center, and AI voice services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the categories of information listed below.

  • Account information such as your name, email address, login identifiers, business details, billing status, and profile information you provide.
  • Voice service information such as phone numbers, call routing settings, caller ID preferences, voicemail settings, SMS and MMS settings, call center configuration, and related activity inside the app.
  • Communications metadata such as call logs, message logs, timestamps, duration, phone numbers, delivery status, voicemail metadata, and related diagnostics needed to provide the service.
  • Communications content such as voicemail audio, voicemail transcriptions, SMS or MMS content, call recordings, or AI voice agent transcripts when you enable or use features that process that content.
  • Connection metadata such as device information, IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, authentication events, and security telemetry used to protect and improve the service.
  • Support and communication records when you email us, request help, or interact with account support.

3. Communications Data We May Process

If you use calling, messaging, voicemail, transcription, call recording, or AI voice features, AIML Voice may process communications data only as needed to provide the features you request.

This can include the following, depending on the features you enable:

  • Phone numbers, caller IDs, call participants, routing details, timestamps, duration, and delivery status.
  • SMS, MMS, voicemail, call recording, transcription, or AI voice agent content when those features are active.
  • Carrier, provider, device, and connection metadata needed to route, secure, troubleshoot, and bill communications.
  • Emergency, compliance, abuse-prevention, or fraud-prevention records when required by law or service integrity needs.

We do not sell communications content. We do not use call, voicemail, SMS, or MMS content for targeted advertising or unrelated data brokerage.

4. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate you and operate your AIML Voice account.
  • Provision phone numbers, route calls and messages, provide voicemail, caller ID, call center, SMS, MMS, and AI voice features.
  • Deliver, troubleshoot, monitor, secure, and improve calling and messaging workflows.
  • Generate usage records, billing records, diagnostics, service notices, and customer support responses.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, comply with law, and enforce service terms.
  • Improve user-facing AIML Voice functionality, such as routing reliability, transcription quality, product performance, and support workflows.

We use communications data only to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve user-facing AIML Voice features. We do not use communications content for targeted advertising, resale, credit-worthiness, lending, or unrelated database building.

5. Storage, Security, and Retention

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

These safeguards include encryption in transit, encryption at rest where appropriate, access controls, environment-based secrets management, and limited personnel access for support, security, or operational needs.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide AIML Voice, comply with legal and telecommunications obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, process billing, and protect service security and integrity.

If you cancel service or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify associated data within a reasonable period unless we must retain it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, telecom, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or communications content.

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and telecommunications partners that host, route, secure, monitor, process, bill, or support AIML Voice, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Other users, invitees, recipients, carriers, or communications providers when that sharing is necessary to complete calls, messages, voicemail, caller ID, or related communications workflows you use.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, emergency services, or other parties when required by law, legal process, telecommunications obligations, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
  • A buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable legal protections.

We do not transfer communications content to third parties except as necessary to provide, route, secure, support, bill, or comply with law for AIML Voice.

7. Human Access to Data

Authorized personnel may access information, including communications data, only when necessary for support, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, billing, or other operations directly related to providing AIML Voice.

8. Your Choices

  • Review and update certain account, profile, phone number, routing, voicemail, and messaging settings inside the app.
  • Disable optional features such as call recording, voicemail transcription, SMS bundles, or AI voice handling when available in your plan.
  • Request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting privacy@aimlvoice.com.

Some features may stop functioning if you disable required calling, messaging, voicemail, transcription, routing, or billing settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we collect, use, store, or share personal information or communications data, we will update this page and, where appropriate, provide notice within the app.
