AIML Voice

AIML Voice is a product of Whisper AiML Inc. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the AIML Voice website, applications, phone numbers, calling, messaging, voicemail, call center, and AI voice services.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
AIML Voice is a business communications platform that helps users manage US phone numbers, calling, SMS and MMS messaging, voicemail, caller ID, call center workflows, analytics, API access, and AI voice features.

In these Terms, “AIML Voice,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Whisper AiML Inc. “You” refers to the person or entity using the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. The Service
AIML Voice provides business phone and communications tools. These may include:
- account creation and authentication
- US phone number provisioning and management
- incoming and outgoing calling
- SMS and MMS messaging
- voicemail, voicemail transcription, and caller ID features
- call routing, call center, analytics, API, and AI voice agent features
We may update, improve, remove, suspend, or modify features from time to time.
4. Accounts
You may need to create an account to use some or all features of the Service.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- keep your login credentials secure
- promptly update your information if it changes
- accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account
- use phone numbers, calls, messages, and AI voice features only in compliance with applicable law
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Phone Numbers, Carriers, and Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on telecommunications carriers, number providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, AI providers, and other third-party services.
By using phone numbers, calls, messages, voicemail, transcription, recording, or AI voice features, you authorize us and our providers to process the information and permissions necessary to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of any third-party service is also subject to that provider's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability, actions, network performance, or data practices.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, abusive, or harassing purposes
- send spam, unlawful robocalls, unlawful marketing messages, or communications without required consent
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent caller ID, sender identity, or message origin
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, carrier networks, telecommunications systems, or infrastructure
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, phone numbers, messages, recordings, or call records
- scrape, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Service except as allowed by law
- upload or transmit malware, harmful code, abusive content, or illegal content
- use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, carrier rules, provider rules, applicable law, or are using the Service in a harmful or abusive way.
7. User Content and Communications
You may provide information, phone number settings, call routing rules, SMS or MMS content, voicemail content, call recordings, transcriptions, AI voice prompts, and other content through the Service (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, use, process, transmit, reproduce, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, bill, and improve the Service, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that:
- you have the rights and consents necessary to provide or process your User Content
- your User Content and communications do not violate any law or third-party rights
- your use of the Service does not violate any agreement you have with a third party
- you will comply with all consent, recording, messaging, caller ID, marketing, emergency, and telecommunications laws that apply to your use
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information, including communications data and information processed through phone numbers, carriers, messaging, voicemail, transcription, and AI voice features.
9. Communications Compliance
You are responsible for complying with laws and rules that apply to your communications, including consent, caller ID, call recording, SMS marketing, spam, emergency calling, export, privacy, and industry-specific obligations.
You agree not to use AIML Voice for unlawful robocalling, spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, deception, illegal surveillance, unlawful recording, or other prohibited communications.
10. Availability and No Guarantee
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Phone, messaging, voicemail, and AI voice systems can be affected by carrier outages, provider outages, number availability, network issues, API limitations, user settings, compliance reviews, or provider-side errors. You are responsible for reviewing important communications and account settings.
11. Fees and Billing
Some parts of the Service are offered for a fee. Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, usage fees, overage fees, taxes, and cancellation details may be presented to you at the time of purchase or in your account.
Unless otherwise stated:
- fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
- usage-based fees, carrier fees, messaging fees, taxes, and overages may apply
- you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees
We may change pricing prospectively by giving reasonable notice.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and related content, is owned by AIML Voice or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
You may not use our name, logo, branding, or other protected materials without our prior written consent.
13. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation to you.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:
- you violate these Terms
- we suspect fraud, abuse, spam, carrier policy violations, security issues, or unlawful communications
- required by law, court order, regulator, carrier, provider, or telecommunications partner
- a third-party provider restriction materially affects the Service
- continuing to provide the Service creates legal, security, carrier, or operational risk
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including provisions on ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIML Voice disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Service will meet every requirement or expectation
- calls, messages, voicemails, transcriptions, recordings, or AI voice responses will never fail, delay, or contain errors
- phone numbers will always remain available, portable, active, deliverable, or assigned to your account
- carrier networks, third-party APIs, emergency systems, or telecom providers will always be available
- the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIML Voice and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, communications, phone numbers, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of AIML Voice for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to AIML Voice for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
- $100 USD
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIML Voice and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Service
- your User Content and communications
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of any law, consent requirement, carrier rule, telecom rule, or third-party right
18. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website, updating the effective date, or using other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
20. Disputes
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction in which the operator of AIML Voice is established, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You may first contact us to try to resolve the dispute informally.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you for specific features, form the entire agreement between you and AIML Voice regarding the Service.
